Bean Sprout Asian Cuisine & Sushi in Viera, Florida is a great spot for sushi. All of their sushi is great quality, and they have some great combinations and lunch specials. They also have a good variety of Thai food mixed with various Asian influences and bubble tea.
Some of the offerings at Bean Sprout include Pad Thai, curry, fried rice, sushi rolls and combinations, temakis, and various soups and salads. I personally love their Maki Combo which includes a California roll, JB roll, and tuna roll. I often order through Uber Eats since I am out of range for their delivery, but make sure you order directly from them if you can! Uber Eats does have a deal where if you spend $40 you get a free milk tea, which I love splurging for.
I also love ordering salmon temakis. Salmon is my favorite fish, and I could just eat a platter of raw salmon. Their temakis have a good amount of fish in them and are a good size.
My favorite roll is the Beauty and the Beast roll. It is filled with tempura shrimp, avocado, and cream cheese and topped with eel, tuna, black and red tobiko, and eel sauce.
When it comes to bubble tea, they have so many flavors! Some of the flavors include honeydew, brown sugar, green tea, mango, and coconut. You can also get any of their flavors frozen! In addition to bubble tea, they have fruit slushes, teas, and soda refreshers.
The lunch specials at Bean Sprout range from $11 - $19. They include teriyaki, katsu, Pad Thai, curry, fried rice, bento boxes, and various lunch sizes of their entrees.
